Making In Process ~ Latte
For the right taste , the temperature of the milk should be no more than 65-70’c in the end cup.
For perfect result, the water should be at 90’c, clean and rich in oxygen when it hits the coffee.

With Nescafe Milano it is easy to prepare Latte Art designs. Minimum skill training is required and preparation time takes around 10-15 seconds.
The Nescafe Milano system readily enables milk and the coffee to be separated. Simply select the Latte button and allow the milk to dispense into the glass or cup.
The espresso shot is dispense after the milk has poured and can be captured separately into a cup to make the Latte Art.
Sugar Testing On Espresso
Sugar is also used as a basic test of the quality of the crema (A tea spoon of sugar should stay on the surface for at least 7 seconds.
Hmmm…. during the test, the sugar takes more than 10 seconds to dip into it…
